Meet Christine Stapleton. She is Accurate Brazing’s HR Manager, and the newest employee in Greenville, SC. She came on board in January 2022 after acting as Accurate Brazing’s HR consultant for several months.
Christine is ready for whatever challenges the job may bring each day. While she may start her day with a list to accomplish, she knows that in the blink of an eye things can quickly change. She is always ready to refocus and meet whatever challenges and opportunities lie ahead. The variety and diversity of each day is something she enjoys most. A great piece of advice that has stuck with her is “Every day is a new opportunity. Make the best of it!” and she takes this to heart.
She carefully balances between being an advocate for the employees as well as complying with all laws, policies, and company directives. She likes that HR professionals are ever-changing to make things better for both the employee and the company.
Christine is from Ossining, NY where she grew up in the family ski business. Her family took busloads of middle and high school age kids skiing for the day, the weekend, or a full week. She worked in nearly every role in the business – from office work to ski instructor to trip leader. And, for many years the ski shop was located the family’s basement.
She currently resides in Easley, SC. When she is not at work, you might find her spending time with her three grandchildren (twin girls and a newborn boy) or enjoying some friendly competition on the pickleball court.
