Meet Jonathan Rodriguez. He is First Shift Lead at Accurate Brazing’s Manchester, CT facility. He has been with Accurate Brazing for about a year and a half. Since joining the company, he feels like the biggest challenge of his job is an employee shortage, a sentiment echoed across the country throughout the pandemic.
